好氧膜生物反应器处理聚酯废水中试研究
Pilot Study on Treatment of Polyester Wastewater with Aerobic Membrane Bioreactor
【摘要】 研究了内置一体式好氧膜生物反应器(MBR)对聚酯废水的处理效果与影响因素。结果表明:HRT应根据进水水质在13~36h内调整,以保证出水水质达到污水综合排放标准(GB8978-1996)化纤浆粕工业类一级排放标准。最佳的有机负荷、容积负荷、DO和pH值分别为0.16kgCOD/(kgMLSS·d)、1.6kgCOD/(m3·d)、2~4mg/L和7.5左右。所用MBR对聚酯废水的COD去除效果比较稳定,出水COD基本小于90mg/L,平均去除率达93.7%。MBR对NH+4-N的平均去除率在97.3%,出水NH4+-N小于2mg/L。对磷的平均去除率为71.6%,但会存在出水磷含量超过1mg/L的现象。另外,化学清洗可以恢复膜清水通量的95%,并结合扫描电镜对清洗前后的膜表面进行了微观分析。
【Abstract】 A pilot study has been carried out to evaluate the application of aerobic submerged MBR in the treatment of polyester wastewater. The HRT should be adjusted according to the water quality of influent within 13~36 h. The optimal organic loading, volumetic loading, DO and pH value are determined as 0.16 kgCOD/(kgMLSS·d)、1.6 kgCOD/(m3·d)、2~4 mg/L and around 7.5 respectively. The results shows that the MBR is good at removing COD by reason of the average removal rate of 93.7% and the effluent COD values are less than 90 mg/L. NH+4-N is also removed perfectly because of the average removal rate of NH+4-N of 97.3% and the outlet NH+4-N of less than 2 mg/L. The phosphorus content in the MBR effluent cannot meet the discharge standards (GB 8978-1996) all along. Moreover, the pure water flux of the membrane can be resumed to about 95% by chemical cleaning operation, and SEM is adopted to analysis the membrane samples for revealing the superficial microcosmic properties before and after chemical cleaning.
