【摘要】 研究生就业"区域性失衡"是当今研究生就业的主要问题。为完善研究生就业指导工作,提高研究生就业质量,对研究生的人生价值观、社会责任感、事业理想和工作学习态度四方面进行调查分析,剖析研究生择业观产生偏差的原因,结果发现研究生的思想道德观念总体上是积极进取的,但仍存在矛盾和不稳定的趋势。因此提出了从加强就业思想教育入手对研究生择业观进行干预的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 "Regional disequilibrium problem" in the employment of postgraduates is an important issue.For improving the principles of guiding postgraduates to get jobs and enhancing the quality of employment,the authors have investigated factors from aspects of life value,social responsibility,occupation ideal and working attitude,then analyzed the reason.The conclusion is that most postgraduates’ moral concept is active,while the psycho-condition is unstable.So strategy is needed to strengthen moral education.更多还原
