小湾高拱坝温度场及温度应力仿真研究

【摘要】 小湾拱坝是目前世界上已建和在建的最高拱坝,其温控防裂是保证坝体正常施工和安全运行的重要措施。采用三维有限元法对小湾高拱坝22号坝段施工期温度场及温度应力进行全过程仿真分析,得到了小湾拱坝温度场及温度应力变化的一般规律。仿真中考虑了坝体材料的热力学性能、浇筑过程、环境温度变化、封拱和蓄水过程。仿真结果对小湾高拱坝的温控设计有参考价值。

【Abstract】 The Xiaowan Arch Dam is the highest of all the arch dams constructed and being constructed.The temperature control and crack prevention are the important measures to ensure the dam’s normal construction and safe operation.3D FEM is used in this paper to simulate the whole process of temperature field and thermal stress of 22# dam section of theXiaowan Arch dam during its construction.The regular pattern of temperature field and thermal stress is acquired.In the simulation,thermal and mechanical properties,concrete construction,temperature variation of environment,crown filling and water impoundment orders are considered.The simulation results are valuable for temperature control of the Xiaowan Arch Dam.
