浑水水力分离清水装置内水沙两相弱旋流场数值模拟
Two-Phase Water-Sediment Weak Swirl Flow Simulation in Turbid Water Hydraulic Separator
【摘要】 采用RNG(重整化群)两方程紊流模型和简化的多相流Mixture(混合)模型,对浑水水力分离清水装置内水沙两相三维弱旋流场进行了数值模拟。根据计算结果,详细比较和分析了加沙前后装置内径向、轴向以及切向速度分布特征,及其对"装置"内泥沙运动和水沙分离效率的影响。从水沙两相流场特性出发,初步探讨了"装置"有效分离水沙并获得清水的机理,为设计优化装置结构提供理论基础。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the improved RNG two-equation turbulent model and the simplified multiphase mixture model are used to simulate the two-phase water-sediment flow field with weak swirl of a turbid water hydraulic separator.According to the computational results,the characteristics of radial,tangential and axial velocity of clean water and sediment-entrained water field,and the influence of them on sediment movement and separation efficiency are all analyzed in detail in this paper.Meanwhile,on the basis of two-phase flow field characteristics,the mechanisms of water-sediment separation and clean water extraction with the device are preliminarily discussed in this paper,which also can be referenced for structure optimization of the device.
