【摘要】 根据高新技术产业集群自身的特征,可以从显性因素和隐性因素两方面来构建其产业竞争力的评价指标体系,运用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法建立高新技术产业评价模型。通过运用该模型对长沙高新区高新技术产业集群竞争力进行实际评价,发现高新技术产业集群的竞争力主要体现在技术创新能力和制度竞争力两个方面。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the light of the characteristics of high-tech industrial cluster, establishes an assessment index system of competitiveness of high-tech industrial cluster, and then establishes the assessment models by using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive assessment. Using the evaluation model on industrial cluster of Changsha high-tech district, this paper puts forward the conclusion that the competitiveness of high-tech industrial cluster lies in two aspects.
