锰过氧化物酶对结晶紫脱色的研究
Research on Mn-peroxidase De-coloration of Crystal Violet
【摘要】 利用茯苓Poria cocos在液体发酵条件下产锰过氧化物酶,并对其用于染料结晶紫降解脱色,确定其最适工艺条件.结果表明:茯苓产的锰过氧化物酶对染料结晶紫的最适脱色条件为H2O2浓度0.15 mmol/L,pH5.0,反应温度40℃.
【Abstract】 Mn-peroxidase is produced by making use of Poria cocos under a liquid-fermentation condition and is used to de-color the dye crystal violet.Results show that the optimal conditions are: glucose 20 g/L,yeast soaks powder 0.2 g/L,KH2PO4 2 g/L,MgSO4 1.5 g/L,vitamin B1 10~20 mg/L,MnSO4 20 mg/L,microelements 150 ml/L,temperature 37 ℃,rotation rate 160 r/min,and train time 11 days;and that the best de-coloration condition is: 0.15 mmol/L of H2O2, pH5.0,and reaction temperature 40 ℃.
