【Abstract】 Mn-peroxidase is produced by making use of Poria cocos under a liquid-fermentation condition and is used to de-color the dye crystal violet.Results show that the optimal conditions are: glucose 20 g/L,yeast soaks powder 0.2 g/L,KH2PO4 2 g/L,MgSO4 1.5 g/L,vitamin B1 10～20 mg/L,MnSO4 20 mg/L,microelements 150 ml/L,temperature 37 ℃,rotation rate 160 r/min,and train time 11 days;and that the best de-coloration condition is: 0.15 mmol/L of H2O2, pH5.0,and reaction temperature 40 ℃.更多还原
