【摘要】 在企业管理现代化和信息化的过程中,计算机技术和管理科学正在纵深层次上相互结合,作为先进的管理模式和理念,电子商务、企业资源计划(ERP)系统和客户关系管理(CRM)系统三者整合的出现正是这种结合的产物.

【Abstract】 In the process of business management modernization and informationization,the computer technology and the management science are mutually unified in depth.Combination of the electronic commerce,enterprise resources plan(ERP)system and the customer relations management(CRM)system is precisely the product of the advanced management pattern and idea.
