彩色喷墨打印纸用二氧化硅的分散研究

【摘要】 分析了二氧化硅的特殊结构和性能,研究了用于彩色喷墨打印纸的气相二氧化硅的分散方法及二氧化硅分散液的制备过程,讨论了分散方式、分散剂种类和用量、醇类溶剂及分散液放置时间对分散液黏度、稳定性以及对分散液中二氧化硅粒径的影响。

【Abstract】 The unique structure and property of SiO2 were introduced,the dispersing method of SiO2 for color ink-jet printing paper and the preparation of SiO2 aqueous dispersion were studied.The influence of dispersing method,variety and content of dispersant,solvent content and the ageing time of the silica aqueous dispersion on the viscosity and stability of the silica aqueous dispersion,the dimension of silica in the dispersion was discussed.The stable silica aqueous dispersion with high solid content was obtained under the optimum condition.
