【摘要】 目的研究经皮球囊扩张椎体椎体成形术对煤工尘肺合并骨质疏松性胸腰段椎体压缩骨折患者疼痛缓解及肺功能改善的影响。方法本院自2003年10月~2007年6月共收治煤工尘肺合并骨质疏松性胸腰段椎体压缩骨折患者33例共42个椎体,均采用局麻下球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术。结果采用统计学方法分析术前及术后数据差异的显著性。结果与术前比较,术后3d、3个月疼痛缓解,肺功能改善。结论该术式能明显缓解患者疼痛,改善肺功能。且比较安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the changes of pulmonary function and pain of the coal worker’s pneumoconiosis who suffered from osteoprotic vertebral compression fractures in thoracolumbar segment after kyphoplasty. Methods Thirty-three coal worker’s pneumoconiosis patients with forty-two centrum osteoporotic compression fracture were treated with kyphoplasty from October.2003 to June.2007.All patients were treated with local anaesthesia. Analyze the data difference markedness of pre-operation and post-operation with statistics method. Results The change data of pain and pulmonary function of pre-operation and post-operation three days, three month was improved.Conclusion Kyphoplasty for the treatment of osteoporotie compressive vertebra fracture of the coal worker’s pneumoconiosis can achieve immediate pain relief and improve pulmonary function. Kyphoplasty is a safe and effective method for treating pneumo-coniosis patients with osteoporotic compression fracture.更多还原
