【摘要】 本文通过测定山东阳谷、海阳和栖霞三地区18群东方蜜蜂,每群15只工蜂,每只蜜蜂共41项指标,所测的数据进行因素分析发现:海阳和阳谷三地东方蜜蜂的形态特征分别提出了4个特征因子,栖霞东方蜜蜂的形态特征提出了3个特征因子。与其它地区的东方蜜蜂进行聚类分析结果表示山东阳谷东方蜜蜂与北京房山地区东方蜜蜂遗传学距离较近,海阳和栖霞两地东方蜜蜂遗传距离较近,而山东东方蜜蜂与其它国家或地区东方蜜蜂遗传距离较远,为我国东方蜜蜂的分类提供了科学参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The morphological characters of Apis cerana Fabr. in Shandong province were studied using morphormetrical methods.Eighteen colones samples of Apis cerana were collected from Yanggu Haiyang and Qixia three areas , 41 standerd morphometric characters were measured .The data were statistically analysed by factor analysis and set four factors separately from Haiyang and Qixia areas and three factors from Yanggu area . Hierarchical cluster analysis with other areas shows the genetic distance about Apis cerana of Yanggu and Fangshan are nearer and also nearer of Haiyang and Qixia areas but far with other countries or areas .
