【摘要】 目的:建立石榴皮药材的高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱,考察不同产地石榴皮药材的质量。方法:色谱柱为Kromasil C18,流动相为乙腈-磷酸缓冲盐(含0.1%三乙胺)-水,流速为1mL·min-1,柱温为25℃,检测波长为240nm;不同样品之间的相似度根据《中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统研究版(2004A)》计算。结果:确定由12个峰构成石榴皮药材的指纹特征,不同产地的药材均具有这些特征,但是特征峰的相对含量分布差异使指纹图谱的概貌存在一定的差异。药材指纹图谱的相似度大小与产地有一定的关系。结论:本方法精密度高、重现性好,可为石榴皮药材的质量评价提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To establish the chromatographic fingerprints of Punica granatum by HPLC and to study the quality of the granati cortex from different habitats.METHODS: The chromatographic column was kromasil C18 and the mobile phase was acetonitrile-H3PO4 buffer salt(containing 0.1% triethylamine)-water at a flow rate of 1 mL·min-1.The column temperature was maintained at 25 ℃and the detection wavelength was set at 240 nm.The fingerprints of different samples were compared with similarity evaluation software(2004 A) published by committee of codex.RESULTS:Twelve peaks were identified as the characteristic fingerprints of Punica granatum.All samples tested contained the same 12 peaks,but the content of the each peak showed difference among the samples,which resulted in the difference in their chromatograms.And the similarity was correlated with the habitat of the herb.CONCLUSION: This method shows high precision and good repeatability,and provides a reference standard for the quality control of Punica granatum.更多还原
