载银蒙脱石抗菌剂的制备及其抑菌性能

【摘要】 目的研究载银蒙脱石的制备工艺条件及其抗菌性能。方法通过离子交换法制备载银蒙脱石,按均匀设计安排实验和采用振荡瓶培养法和肉汤稀释法检测抗菌效果。结果载银蒙脱石最佳的制备工艺条件为:蒙脱石10.0 g、硝酸银0.764 g,在反应温度40℃条件下交换时间6 h。所制备出的载银蒙脱石载银量为质量分数3.40%。该载银蒙脱石对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的最小抑菌浓度分别为400 mg/L和500 mg/L,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌最小杀菌浓度均为1280 mg/L。结论本研究优选出的制备工艺条件稳定,所制得的载银蒙脱石质量达到设计要求,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌具有良好的抗菌性能。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the preparation process of Ag-carrying montmorillonite(Ag-MMT) antibacterial agent and investigate its antibacterial properties.Methods Ag-carrying montmorillonite was prepared with ion exchange method.The uniform design method was applied to optimize the preparation process.Shake cultivation and broth dilution methods were used to conduct the antimicrobial tests.Results The preparating processes were optimized as follows: adding AgNO3 0.764 g into montmorillonite suspension which contained montmorillonite 10.0 g,ion exchange for 6h at 40℃.Under the optimed conditions,the content of silver was 3.40%.The MIC of Ag-MMT against E.coli and Staphylococcus aureus was 400 mg/L and 500 mg/L respectively,and the MBC of Ag-MMT against E.coli and S.aureus was 1280 mg/L.Conclusions The optimized preparation technique is stable.The Ag-MMT antibacterial agent meets the quality standard and possesses good antibacterial properties against E.coli and S.aureus.
