船舶柴油机虚拟拆装系统基于SolidWorks的实现

【摘要】 虚拟拆装技术是虚拟现实技术在设计、制造、维修以及研究机构等领域的重要应用之一,基于SolidWorks的船舶柴油机虚拟拆装系统的研究是虚拟拆装技术在船舶工业的制造领域和教学领域中的新的应用。文中所研究的虚拟拆装系统是采用虚拟现实技术,通过对虚拟拆装过程和关键技术的分析,提出在以SolidWorks创建的虚拟环境中实现虚拟拆装的方法,并根据这些方法实现了基于SolidWorks船舶柴油机的虚拟拆装系统。同时利用虚拟拆装来代替实物拆装,可以解决船舶柴油机的教学和拆装训练受到产品成本、拆装场所等条件限制这一难题,对于降低成本、提高效率具有较为重要的意义。

【Abstract】 The technology of virtual disassembly and assembly is an important application of virtual reality technology in the fields of machinery design,manufacture and maintenance of mechanism research.The research on virtual disassembly and assembly system of a marine diesel engine based on SolidWorks is a new application of virtual reality technology in ship-building industry and teaching.This paper proposes a method of such a system in virtual enviroment created by SolidWorks and built the system of a marine diesel engine based on deep analysis to the process and some key techniques.This system can be used to replace actual objects in teaching and training since they used to be limited on cost and places.This system proves economical and efficient.
