肥胖者网膜脂肪组织中脂联素、肿瘤坏死因子α mRNA表达及其与胰岛素抵抗相关性的研究
The study on the mRNA expressions of adiponectin and tumor necrosis factor alphal and on their relation with insulin resistance in omental adipose tissue of obese subjects
【摘要】 19例肥胖者和24例非肥胖者的网膜脂肪研究显示,肥胖者脂联素(APN)基因表达降低,肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)基因表达增加,两者表达呈负相关。肥胖、胰岛素抵抗为网膜脂肪APN、TNF-α基因表达的独立影响因素。
【Abstract】 The study of omental adipose tissue of patients with obesity(n=19)and without obesity(n=24)showed that the expression of adiponectin(APN)gene was significantly lower in obesity subjects than in non-obesity subjects and the expression of TNF-α gene was significantly higher in obesity than in non-obesity.There was negative correlation between the expressions of APN and TNF-α gene in obesity subjects.The obesity and insulin resistance were the independent influencing factors for the expressions of APN and TNF-α gene.
