精确控制堇青石玻璃陶瓷的烧成收缩率

【摘要】 液相烧结体系的产品烧成收缩率很难得到精确控制,用粉煤灰作原料烧结堇青石玻璃陶瓷,确定了产品的烧成收缩率与坯体的体积密度有对应的负相关的曲线关系。可以通过这种曲线关系用坯体的体积密度来预测产品的烧成收缩率和产品在不同方向上的收缩率,并且通过控制坯体的体积密度来精确控制产品的尺寸。还从产品制备工艺上确定了粉料加水量,练泥造粒过程,坯体成型压力对坯体的体积密度的影响关系。

【Abstract】 It is difficult to control the sinter shrinkage of sample in the sintering system of liquid phase。 The fly ash was used as raw material to sinter the cordierite glass-ceramic。The study discovered the minus-curvilinear relativity between the sinter shrinkage of sample and the bulk density of the green。According to the relativity, the bulk density of the sample’s green could be used for prognosticating the bulk shrinkage and the shrinkage in different directors of the sample。And then the dimensions of the sample could be controled precisely by controling the bulk density of the sample’s green。About the procedure of the sample’ s preparation,the study established the relativities among the proportion of the added water in the raw material powder,the procedure of the mud-drilling and the pelleting,the shaping pressure of the green and the bulk density of the green。
