【Abstract】 Two parallel plate electrodes were adopted to determine the capacitance and moisture content of 27 kinds of agriculture products material.The result showed that the dielectric constant drops with the moisture decrease and there was a linear relationship between them.The equation of rice and bean used for sample was Y=51.708X-49.531(X— the dielectric property,Y-the moisture content).There was no fixed mark equation suitable for various kinds of fruits and vegetables due to their different texture.更多还原
