天然胶原溶液的流变特性

【摘要】 研究了天然胶原溶液的流变学性质,讨论了浓度、温度对胶原流变特性的影响。结果表明:随着浓度的增大,胶原溶液的弹性模量(G′)、粘性模量(G″)和复数黏度(η*)都提高,并且出现假固态行为,当胶原溶液浓度大于0.75%,胶原溶液的粘弹性突然呈数量级增大,另外胶原溶液的内耗(tanδ)随着溶液浓度的升高而增大,在浓度为0.75%的时候达到最大值而后逐渐减小;随着温度的升高,胶原溶液的G′、G″和η*都降低,而tanδ升高,并且表现出假液态行为,当温度低于25℃时,胶原溶液的各种性能变化并不明显,当温度升高到32.5℃时,G′、G″、η*和tanδ突然降低到很小值且缺乏规律性,表明在该温度下胶原的天然结构已经被破坏。

【Abstract】 Rheological behaviors of natural collagen solution and the influences of concentration and temperature on the rheological behaviors were studied.The results showe that the elastic modulus(G’),viscous modulus(G″) and complex viscosity(η*) of collagen increase with increase of concentration,especially when collagen with a high concentration.The crossover frequency(f),at which transition from liquid-like to solid-like behaviors took place,shiftes toward lower frequencies with the increase of concentration,which is called pseudo-solid like behaviors.Loss tangent(tanδ) increases with the increase of concentration and gets maximum at 0.75% then decreases.However,G’,G″ and η*of collagen all decrease while tanδincrease with an increase of temperature,which is indistinct below 25℃.The crossover f shiftes toward higher frequencies with the increase of temperature,which is called pseudo-liquid like behaviors.G’,G″,η* and tanδare irregular and decrease to a very small value at 32.5℃,indicating that the configuration of collagen has changed.
