【Abstract】 The product liability law of the United States brings great influence on many industrialization countries.In some way,the development of basic theory of its product liability law is the result of the game between producers and customers.It is the game that gives birth to the most excellent strategy choice of legal system.On the basis of analyzing and the development history of American product liability,the author analyses the strategy choice about product liability system in game theory.It is the author’s expectation to perfect and develop our country’s product liability law.更多还原
