【摘要】 在循环经济基本理论把握与研究的基础上,本文设计了循环经济指标体系,全面考虑了各系统对循环经济的影响,重点体现循环经济中资源节约和循环利用情况,以体现循环经济的基本目标和内涵,在遵循系统性、层次性、动态性、稳定性、静态指标与动态指标相结合原则的基础上,应用层次分析法确定了各系统及指标权重,并构建了城市循环经济模糊综合评价模型,进行了相应的检验,旨在为城市循环经济发展决策提供参考依据。更多还原
