【摘要】 目的对江苏省部分市县公共场所禁止吸烟规定及部分场所吸烟状况进行调查分析。方法采用文献回顾和现场观察方法,在6个项目地区收集相关资料。结果项目城市均出台了公共场所禁止吸烟规定,但在法律效应、禁烟场所划分、罚则和执法主体等方面存在不足。共观察了6类98个公共场所,其中46.9%有禁烟标志的场所存在吸烟现象。规定禁烟场所在吸烟现象(43.2%vs 50.0%)、有人劝阻(15.8%vs 11.1%)等方面没有差异。结论公共场所禁止吸烟规定亟待改进,并结合媒体倡导等其他策略,以增加规定的执行效应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate no-smoking regulations in public places and related smoking status in part areas of Jiangsu Province.Methods Literature review and field observation were applied for data collection in 5 cities.Results All of the cities constituted no-smoking regulation in public places,while they had limitations in legislation,definition of no-smoking places,fine and executive service.98 public places in 6 dassifications were observed.There was smoking status in 46.9% places with no-smoking signs.No difference was observed in smoking status(43.2% vs 50.0%)and dissuading between prescriptive places by regulation and non-prescriptive places(15.8% vs 11.1%).Conclusion No-smoking regulation should be mended,with other strategies such as media advocacy,to improve executive effect in public places.更多还原
