【摘要】 目的评价口腔医院医疗工作质量,为医院经营管理决策提供依据。方法根据医院的特点,设置反映医院医疗质量、工作效率、工作强度的指标体系,对医院的实力进行评价。结果该院医疗工作质量综合指数呈逐年上升的趋势,2000年综合指数最低,2007年最高。结论运用多种指标进行综合统计分析,能客观准确地反映医院各年度医疗工作完成情况。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To provide quantity basis for the forecast and decision making of hospital administration.Method Based on hospital’s characters,we setup an indicator system to reflect the quality of health care,working efficiency,workload,to evaluate the strength of the hospital.Result Comprehensive indicator increase continually,the highest comprehensive indicator was the highest in 2002,and the lowest is in 2000.Conclusion Comprehensive statistic analysis with multiple indicators is a scientific evaluation method.It can objectively and accurately reflect the yearly performance of the hospital’s medical treatment work.更多还原
