促红细胞生成素对新生大鼠缺氧缺血性脑损伤的保护作用

【摘要】 目的:探讨促红细胞生成素(EPO)对缺氧缺血新生大鼠脑组织中SOD和NO水平的影响。方法:选用7日龄wistar大鼠60只,制备缺氧缺血性脑损伤(HIBD)模型后注射促红细胞生成素(EPO)及丹参注射液。缺氧缺血后48h处死,取大脑皮质,制作脑组织匀浆,检测脑组织中SOD、NO水平。结果:HIBD组脑组织中SOD水平低、NO水平高,同正常组比较有显著性差异,促红细胞生成素及丹参治疗组SOD水平高、NO水平低,同模型组比较有显著性差异。结论:促红细胞生成素可通过血脑屏障,能使大脑皮质SOD水平升高,降低NO水平,对HIBD有防治作用。

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effects of erythropoietin(EPO)on the SOD and NO level in brain tissue of hypoxic-ischemic neonatal rats.Methods:60 numbers of 7-day old newborn Wistar rats were selected to establish HIBD model,and intraperitoneally and subcutaneous injected EPO and salvia militimbixae were injected,then the rats were killed after hypoxia and ischemia for another 48 hours.The cerebral cortex of arterial carotids ligation side were taken and made them into homogenate to detect SOD and NO levels in brain tissue.Results:SOD lever in brain of HIBD groups were lower,and NO lever were higher than that of the normal group There were significantly differences(P<0.05).SOD levers of EPO group and salvia militimbixae group were much higher,and NO lever was lower.There were significantly differences with that of HIBD group and normal saline group(P<0.05).Conclusion:EPO can pass through the blood-cerebral barrier and can promote the level of SOD and NO in cerebral cortex,So it has prevention and cure effect on HIBD.
