【摘要】 目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术并发症的发生原因。方法回顾本院396例腹腔镜胆囊切除,分析术后并发症发生情况。结果LC后出现8例较为严重的并发症,发生比例为2.02%。均及时发现并根据具体情况给予正确的处理而治愈。结论应从严掌握LC适应证,同时具备熟练的内镜操作技能。一旦发生并发症,必要时应尽早处理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the causes of the complications of laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods The hospitalized 396 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy were looked back,analyzing the occurrence of postoperative complications. Results After LC there were 8 cases of the more serious complications,in a ratio of 2.02%. Both timely and in accordance with specific conditions that were given the right treatment and then were cured. Conclusion It should strictly control LC indications,while have skilled endoscopic operating skills. In case of complications should deal with as soon as possible.更多还原
