【摘要】 目的观察丁丙诺啡能否减轻纳洛酮冲击疗法的戒断症状与不良反应。方法按纳洛酮冲击疗法程序进行快速脱毒。在纳洛酮液体内加用丁丙诺啡者为A组,不用丁丙诺啡者为B组,各30例。两组在冲击治疗期间及次日均静输氧一次。冲击治疗后,每天进行戒断症状与不良反应的观察与评定,比较A、B两组患者有无显著性差异。结果A组患者在纳洛酮冲击治疗期间反应轻微,明显优于B组,生命体征多在正常范围内,且A组患者冲击治疗后戒断症状与不良反应明显低于B组(P<0.01)。两组患者入院至冲击治疗时间平均2.4d,治疗后次日全部进行纳曲酮长效缓释剂包理术,平均住院时间无显著性差异。结论丁丙诺啡可减轻NLX冲击治疗戒断症状与不良反应,安全性更高,为使用NTX不同剂型打下良好基础,很有临床实用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of buprenrphine on reduction of withdrawal symptoms and side effects of rapid and higher doses naloxone therapy.Methods We used the rutine method of rapid and higher naloxone therapy,adding buprenorphine and naloxone in the liquid for 30 cases(group A),only naloxone in the liquid for the other 30 cases(group B).All cases in the two groups accepted Jing Shu Yang during the day of naloxone therapy and the next day.Evaluation of withdrawal symptoms and side effects was carried everyday by scale.Clinical analysis and comparition between group A and B cases were done.Results The side effects and withdrawal symptoms were decreased significantly in group A cases(P<0.01).The average time span from admission to naloxone treatment was 2.4 days.The average time span from admission to out-hospital between group A and group B cases had no statistical differention.All patients accepted marp operation of long-effective slow-released naltrexone in the next day after naloxone therapy.Conclusion Assossiation with buprenorphine makes the rapid and higher doses naloxone therapy more effective and it lays a good foundation for different doses in detoxification with naltrexone also.It has high clinical value.更多还原
