波立维对NSTEMI患者血清hs-CRP与MMP-9的干预性研究

【摘要】 目的探讨波立维对非ST抬高型心肌梗死患者是否能抑制动脉粥样硬化炎症反应。方法非ST抬高型心肌梗死患者105例,分为A组(n=53,阿司匹林)、B组(n=52,阿司匹林+波立维),另选C组(n=30,健康对照)。分别在用药前、用药后7d、30d抽取空腹静脉血,检测超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)浓度。结果用药前A、B两组患者血清hs-CRP、MMP-9浓度明显高于C组;用药后7d,A和B两组患者血清hs-CRP、MMP-9的浓度降低;用药后30d,A和B两组患者血清hs-CRP和MMP-9的浓度进一步降低,且B组较A组下降更显著(P<0.05)。结论波立维治疗可显著减轻动脉炎症反应,抑制动脉粥样硬化的进展,进而改善急性冠脉综合征患者预后。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of Plavix and aspirin on high sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and matrix metallopro-teinases-9(MMP-9)in non-ST-segment elevation acute coronary syndromes(NSTEACS)patients.Methods One hundred and five patients with NSTEMI were randomly divided into group A(n=53,treated with aspirin)and group B(n=52,treated with Plavix and aspirin).Thirty healthy volunteers were treated as normal control group(group C).The concentrations ofhs-CRP and MMP-9 were tested before taking medicine,7 days and 30 days after taking medicine respectively.Results Before taking medicine,the concentrations of hs-CRP and MMP-9 in both group A and group B were significantly higher than those in group C.Seven days after taking medicine,the concentrations of hs-CRP and MMP-9 in both group A and group B decreased significantly.Thirty days after taking medicine,the concentrations of hs-CRP and MMP-9 in both group A and group B decreased significantly.Compared with group A,the concentrations of hs-CRP and MMP-9 in group B decreased significantly(P<0.05)30 days after taking medicine.Conclusion Plavix can reduce the inflammation of arteries and restrain the de-velopment of atheroselerosis.Accordingly,it improves the prognosis of NSTEACS patients.
