【摘要】 目的研究运用中药汤剂助阳温胆汤结合西药治疗慢性盆腔疼痛伴焦虑失眠的疗效。方法随机分两组,A组采用中西药结合治疗,B采用单纯西药治疗,进行治疗前后疼痛程度、精神状态、焦虑、失眠、性功能评分的统计学分析。结果A组(治疗组)治疗后6周疼痛、抑郁、焦虑、失眠评分及总分下降幅度均明显好于B组(对照组),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。性功能状态A组与B组治疗均有效,但二者效果无明显差异(P>0.05),起效时间A组与B组(对照组)有明显差异(P<0.01),A组起效时间早于B组。以治疗后6周总分评价疗效:A组总显效率75%(48/64),总有效率89%(57/64),B组总显效率46.6%(28/60),总有效率80%(48/60)。两组总显效率有明显差异(P<0.01),总有效率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论中药汤剂助阳温胆汤结合西药治疗慢性盆腔疼痛伴焦虑失眠的疗效明显好于单纯西药治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the approaches and therapeutic effect of the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in the treatment of chronic pelvic pain combined with anxiety and insomnia.Methods From May 2004 to February 2008,124 cases of chronic pelvic pain combined with anxiety and insomnia treated were observed.64 cases treated by the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,60 cases treated by western medicine.Pain score,anxiety score,depression score,insomnia score,sexual function score were compared between 2 groups in the pre-treatment and had been theated.Results In group A,pain score,anxiety score,depression score,insomnia score and total score after been treated 6 weeks showed more improvement than in group B.The significant efficiency was 75%(48/64) in group A,the total effective was 46.6%(28/60) in group B,there were obvious differences between group A and group B.Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine have very clear effect in the treatment of chronic pelvic pain combined with anxiety and insomnia,it is superior to the western medicine only.更多还原
