【摘要】 目的了解血站一线工作人员职业暴露因素和安全防护现状,并探讨相应的防护措施。方法通过对血站工作流程特点的观察和日常质量管理和监督情况,了解血站一线工作人员职业暴露因素和安全防护应对措施。结果针头刺伤、接触血液、血液检测、接触被血液污染的物品都是血站一线工作人员常见的职业暴露因素。采血人员和检验人员应遵循普遍性防护原则,提高自我防护意识,保持良好的卫生习惯,严格按照标准操作规程操作,从而预防职业暴露。结论增强自我防护意识,严格执行各项操作规程并遵守普遍性防护原则,为杜绝或减少医源性经血液传播疾病,将意外接触血液的可能性减少到最低程度,确保血站一线工作人员身心健康。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the occupational exposure factors and the security status quo of the blood frontline staff,and to explore the corresponding protective measures. Methods Through observing characteristics of the blood workflow and managing the daily quality,we understand the occupational exposure factors and the protective security measures of the blood frontline staff. Results Stuck by needle,contacting with blood,testing blood and contacting with contaminated items by blood,those are common occupational exposure factors of blood frontline staff. They should follow the principle of universal protection,enhance self-protection awareness, maintain good health habits and operate strictly in accordance with the standard operating procedures to prevent occupational exposure. Conclusion To strengthen their self-protection awareness,to enforce the rules,to abide by the principle of universal protection,and to eliminate or reduce iatrogenic blood-transmitted diseases,accidents of contact with blood will be reduced possibly to the minimum. We can ensure the physical and mental health of blood frontline staff.更多还原
