【摘要】 通过对河北省工业废气排放的静态和动态计量模型分析、工业行业废气排放结构分析、工业废气治理效率分析以及工业废气治理投资分析,可知:河北省对工业废气排放总量控制的技术水平尚无根本性提高,重工业结构是高污染工业结构,重工业废气治理效率高于全国平均水平,但与全国最高水平尚有差距,应积极推行排污权交易,增加治污投入,调整工业结构,走新型工业化道路,以进一步降低排污强度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through analysis of the following aspects relating to industrial waste gas discharge of Hebei province,these aspects include: static and dynamic econometric model,the discharge structure,control efficiency,and control investment,the paper makes a conclusion that the engineering level for total emmission control has not been improved fundamentally.Although the efficiency for heavy industrial waste gas control is above the average level of the whole country,there is still a distance from the highest level of the country.On account of this,the paper proposals some methods: actively pushing the transaction of discharge right,increasing the investment in pollution control,re-adjusting the industrial structure,taking a new road to industrialization,further reducing the intension of pollution discgarge.更多还原
