五坐标龙门加工中心振动控制中调谐阻尼器的应用研究
APPLICATION OF A TUNED DAMPER IN VIBRATION CONTROL OF A GANTRY STYLE FIVE-AXIS MACHINING CENTER
【摘要】 调谐阻尼器是控制振动和噪声的装置。根据机床中难以处理的结构共振问题,提出了控制机床共振用调谐阻尼器的优化设计方法,结合大型高架桥式、高速、高精度五坐标龙门加工中心的动态设计,针对加工中心在工作过程中不可避免的共振问题,巧妙利用机床的附属设备设计了抑制振动的调谐阻尼器,从而提高了机床的动态特性。
【Abstract】 Tuned damper is an efficient set to control vibration and noise.For structure resonance problems which are difficult to deal with in machine tools,an optimization design approach for tuned dampers to control resonance of mechanical tools is put forward.In dynamic design of a high speed and high precision 5-axis gantry machining center,in order to solve unavoided resonance problems in the machine,a tuned damper using machine accessories to control vibration is designed.It improves the dynamic properties of the machine tool.
