【摘要】 目的:评价国产试剂在SF-3000全自动血球计数仪上应用的可行性。方法:对国产PK稀释液、SLS溶血素、FD1溶血素、FD2溶血素、FB溶血素及CELLCLEAN清洗液作为一个整体的试剂系统进行精密度评价。将国产试剂与SF-3000配套试剂进行相关性分析。结果:国产试剂检测高、低值全血结果的日间、批内、批间及总变异系数(CV)均小于5%。国产与配套2组试剂同时检测100份标本,所测出结果基本一致,两者之间无显著差异(P>0.05)。其相关系数分别为WBC r=0.98(P<0.01),RBC r=0.98(P<0.01),HGB r=0.99(P<0.05),MCV r=0.96(P<0.01),PLT r=0.97(P<0.01)。结论:国产试剂与SF-3000原装配套试剂相比相关性好,精密度高,可以替代进口原装试剂。更多还原

【Abstract】 Qbjective To evaluate the feasibility of homemade reagents applied on SF-300blood cells analysizer.Methods The evaluation contained veracity and precision of the reagents.The whole reagents system concludes PK diluent,SLS.FDT.FDO.FB four hemolysin and cellclean rinse.The results of the two system were analyzed on relativity.Results The two reagents system examined the high and low samples.The daytime cv,within run cv,between run cv and the whole cv were lower than 5%.There was no significant difference for the results which checked by the two system(P>0.05).The correlation was WBCr=0.98(P<0.01),RBCr=0.98(P<0.01),HGBr=0.99(P<0.05),MCVr=0.96(P<0.01),PLTr=0.97(P<0.01).Conclusion The correlation of the domestic reagents was better than imported ones,and the precision was higher.It can substitute for the imported reagents.更多还原
