【Abstract】 In addition to the problems of eco-environment impact and immigration of local society,it is very important to coordinate the relationship between hydropower station construction and regional socio-economic development,especially for catchment large-scale step hydropower stations.On this issue,immigration is the key problem;transportation and its effect on regional economy are the foundation;compensation and policy support in later stage are the most important.Jinsha River is China’s biggest energy base area,and the construction of step hydro-power stations alongside the lower Jinsha River has great influences on regional resource exploitation and economy development.更多还原
