【摘要】 在全球化与区域化双重时代背景下,中国——东(南)盟多边合作、"西部大开发"和"泛珠合作"历史机遇,促使云南——东(南)盟国际合作与交流正逐渐从政治经济文化层面跃升到教育层面,而云南——东(南)盟高等教育国际化已逐渐成为双方进一步深化合作与交流的突破口。本文从政策视角阐述云南与东(南)盟主要国家进行高等教育国际化合作的发展路径,以期从理论和实践上推动云南高等教育"走出去"战略的深入和提升云南——东(南)盟全方位合作的层次和水平,同时为社会经济和教育文化多重欠发达地区开展高等教育国际化提供参照。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the age of globalization and regionalization,China-ASEAN multi-cooperation,development of west China and PAN-PRD cooperation have quickened the international cooperation between Yunnan and ASEAN in terms of politics,economy,culture and education while the higher-education internationalization between Yunnan and ASEAN offers further cooperation or even breakthroughs.From the policy-making perspective,this paper expounds the possible approaches to the higher-education internationalization between Yunnan and ASEAN and expects to propel this cooperation to a higher level while offering some experience for the higher-education internationalization in the under-developed areas in terms of socio-economic and educational and cultural development.更多还原
