【摘要】 对从广东、贵州、湖南等地引进及广西本地转化培育的182个杉木无性系进行对比试验,结果显示:参试无性系存在显著的遗传差异,大部分生长量不如广西本地对照,尤其是从广西区外引进的无性系;各无性系造林表现早晚相关性显著,最高系数达0.988;广西本地转化培育的无性系遗传稳定性比区外引进的波动大,决选所需时间也较长;早期选择存在更大的错选、漏选风险,其机率分别为44.44%和29.63%;以材积作为主要性状指标对各无性系作Q型样本聚类,经综合判别分析,从参试无性系中选出广运5、柳327、湖南46等27个生长量比较突出的无性系.更多还原

【Abstract】 A comparative experiment with 182 clones of Cunninghamia lanceolata introduced from Guangdong,Guizhou,Hunan provinces and other localities or bred in local areas of Guangxi was conducted.The result showed that there were significant genetic variations among the tested clones,and that the growth rate of the most tested clones,especially the clones introduced from outside of Guangxi,was lower than the local clones as control.The planting stage was significantly correlated to the growth rate and other indexes,the highest coefficient reached 0.988.Compared with clones introduced from other places,the genetic stability of clones selected and bred in Guangxi fluctuated more,and the final selection would take a longer duration,the early-stage selection was riskier for wrong selection or leaky selection with odds of 44.44% and 29.63% respectively.Taking standing volume as the main property index of Q-type sample clustering for each clone tested,and integrating with comprehensive judging analysis,27 clones such as Guangyun No.5,Liu No.327 and Hunan No.46 were screened out for their remarkable growth rate.更多还原
