【Abstract】 The degenerating primer was designed and synthesized according to sps gene sequence of Zea mays and Oryza sativa.Taking the first cDNA strand of Dendrocalamus sinicus as template,the sps gene of this bamboo species was isolated and cloned by means of TD-PCR method,and 474 bp fragment was obtained by sequencing and cDNA sequence analysis.It was showed that the fragment was similar to the reported sps homologous genes of Bambusa oldhamii,Lolium perenne and Hordeum vulgare subspecies.更多还原
