【Abstract】 The exegesis("esegesi" in Italian) of the paragraphs of the original texts of the Roman law is an important fundamental work for the research of the Roman law.It aims to reveal all the useful information provided by the original texts,as objectively and profoundly as possible.D.7,8,12,1 focuses on the problem of the limit of usus in contrast to usufructus.With the help of the exegesis of this paragraph,we can learn more about the institution of usus: its historical-social background,the delicacy and the development of the relevant techniques of the civil law,and its modern influence.更多还原
