【摘要】 查新过程中相关性的判定是文献分析的一项重要内容。从理论分析和实践经验两个方面论述了相关文献的判断原则和具体方法。

【Abstract】 In the science and technology innovation,judgment and analysis of relevant article is a importance process of document analysis.This paper from two parts of theoretic analysis and practise experience,introduces the judgment rule and method of relevant article.
