【摘要】 目的探讨激光和5-Fu缓释植入剂联合治疗对兔颊部Vx-2肿瘤抑制和PCNA表达的影响。方法取新西兰种兔100只,于颊部植入Vx-2肿瘤组织,随机分为5组(n=20),激光和5-Fu缓释剂单独和联合治疗,通过抑瘤率和PC-NA的表达对化疗效果初步评价。结果5周后联合治疗组肿瘤体积有较明显缩小,PCNA表达差异有显著性。结论激光和5-Fu缓释植入剂联合治疗肿瘤可能优于单独治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the antitumou effects of the therapeutic combination of laser and 5-Fu sustained-release dosage on rabbit cheek Vx-2 tumors and the expression of PCNA.Methods Vx-2 carcinoma tissue was transplanted into 100 New Zealand rabbits cheek,the models were randomly divided into 5 groups(n=20).Five groups were subjected to single therapy and combined treatment and evaluated by inhibition ratios of the tumor and expression of PCNA.Results The average diameter of tumors decreased more in combined group than other groups,and comparatively,the expression of PCNA was more different in 5 weeks during the treatment.Conclusion The therapeutic combination of laser and 5-Fu sustained-release dosage may be better than the respective ones in therapying tumor.更多还原
