【摘要】 目的观察中药通窍胶囊对分泌性中耳炎大鼠模型外周血黏附分子CDIIb与CD62L表达水平及中耳黏膜的影响。方法采用内毒素制备大鼠分泌性中耳炎动物模型,以流式细胞仪检测通窍胶囊组、头孢克洛组、泼尼松组、模型组及正常对照组,周围血黏附分子CDIIb与CD62L表达水平,同时检查中耳黏膜病的改变,结果通窍胶囊组CDIIb与CD62L表达的荧光强度与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。通窍胶囊组中耳鼓室黏膜厚度、中性粒细胞计数与模型组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通窍胶囊可以下调CDIIb与CD62L的表达水平,减轻由内毒素引起的中耳黏膜组织的炎症反应,对分泌性中耳炎发挥治疗效应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of Tongqiao capsule on the expressive levels of adhesive molecules CDIIb and CD62L in the peripheral blood of rat models with experimentally induced secretary 0titis media by E.coli endotoxin.Methods Fifty healthy SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups,i.e.treatment group(TG),positive control group I(PCG I),positive control group 2(PCG2), modeling group(MG)and healthy control group(HCG)treated by Tongqiao capsule,Cefaclor,Prednisolone for T G’PCG 1 and PCG2 and without any intervening procedures for MG HCG respectively.The model was prepared by the use of E.coli endotoxin at first,and then, treating procedures were given to the corresponding groups respectively asdesigned pre-experimentally.By the end of the experimental period,all these animals were putinto death to collect blood and tissue samples for assaying.The expressive levels of CDIIb andCD52L in the peripheral blood of rats experimented on were determined by flow cytometry,while pathohistology was carried out on the mucosal tissue ’samples among all these rats to compare the differences in the pathohistological changes of middle ear mucosa among different groups. Results As compared with that Of MG there were statistically very significant differences in the expressive levels of∞11b and CD62L in the peripheral blood and in the thickness Of middle ear mucosa and the mean number of infiltrating granulocytes in the middle ear mucosa of rats in TG f(P<0.05).Conclusions Tongqiao capsule holds the pharmacological effect on secretary otitis media to relive the inflammatory reaction in the middle ear mucosa of rats with such a lesion experimentally induced by E.coli endotoxin through down-regulating the expressive levels of CDIIbanda)CD62L.更多还原
