包头稀土矿清洁冶炼废水综合治理工艺概述

【摘要】 概述了包头稀土矿浓硫酸高温分解冶炼过程中主要的废水种类和处理方法。依据包头稀土矿浓硫酸低温分解冶炼工艺,提出了化学沉淀法处理硫酸铵废水回收废水中铵盐、镁盐,焙烧尾气喷淋吸收含氟废水回收冰晶石、浓缩回收工业硫酸钠的废水综合治理的工艺流程。设备简单、工艺流程合理,稀土矿中的稀土、钍、氟、磷及冶炼过程中引进的铵盐、镁、钠等均得到回收利用,废水回用率80%以上。

【Abstract】 The sorts and the treatment of the wastewater produced in the process of Baotou rare earth concentrate calcinated by sulfuric acid at high temperature are summarized in this paper.The new process of wastewater treatment by the method of chemical precipitation was put forward at the basis of the process of Baotou rare earth concentrate calcinated with sulfuric acid at lower temperature.This new process can reclaim ammonium and magnesium compounds in ammonium sulphate wastewater,reclaim cryolite in fluorin wastewater of absorbing calcinated waste gas,and reclaim sodium sulphate with industrial level by evaporation.The new process uses simple instruments and can reclaim and utilization many chemical elements such as rare earth,thorium,fluorin in rare earth concentrate as well as ammonium,magnesium,sodium introduced into by metallurgy.The utilization ratio of wastewater can be more than 80%.
