【摘要】 目的检测ICAM-1和VCAM-1在胃癌和胃癌前病变中的表达情况,初步探讨ICAM-1和VCAM-1在胃黏膜癌变过程中的变化规律及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学染色S-P法检测ICAM-1和VCAM-1在胃癌和胃癌前病变中的表达,其中正常胃黏膜20例,肠上皮化生15例,异型增生10例,胃癌53例。结果ICAM-1和VCAM-1在胃癌和胃癌前病变中都有不同程度的表达,其差异具有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。ICAM-1和VCAM-1在胃癌中的表达与肿瘤浸润深度和有无淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.01),而与分化程度无关。结论ICAM-1和VCAM-1可能与肿瘤的生长、转移有着密切的关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To detect the expression of ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 in gastric carcinoma and precancerous lesion and investigate its clinical significance.Methods The expression of ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 in 20 cases of normal gastric mucosa,15 cases of intestinal metaplasia,10 cases of abnormal hyperplasia,and 53 cases of gastric carcinoma was detected by immunohistochemical method.Results The levels of ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 expression in gastric cancer and precancerous lesion were different,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).The expression of ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 in gastric cancer was closely correlated with the depth of tumor invasion and metastasis(P<0.01),but had nothing to do with the degree of differentiation(P>0.05).Conclusion The expression of ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 may be closely related with the growth and metastasis of tumor.更多还原
