【摘要】 文章运用社会性别的视角和社会学实证研究与研究分析相结合的方法对新疆大学生就业过程中性别不平等的状况、成因及其可能产生的后果展开深入分析,在此基础上提出了实现新疆女大学生平等就业的具体思路。文章认为,政府积极干预、率先垂范在大学生平等就业中起举足轻重的作用;非政府组织的协助配合是纠治女大学生就业过程中的性别歧视的不可或缺的力量;自觉地、有意识地引导社会性别观念的转变,营造性别平等、就业公平的社会文化环境是实现女大学生平等就业的治本之策。促进女大学生平等就业对于新疆和谐社会建设具有重要意义。更多还原
