【摘要】 [目的]研究HER-2、VEGF与CXCR4在直肠癌中的表达及三者之间的相关性。[方法]采用免疫组化EnVision二步法检测HER-2、VEGF与CXCR4在15例癌旁正常组织及50例直肠癌中的表达水平,分析三者表达水平与临床病理因素的关系及三者之间的相关性。[结果]在正常直肠癌旁组织及直肠癌中HER-2蛋白的阳性表达率分别为0、6%,差异无显著性(P>0.05);而VEGF蛋白的阳性表达率分别为13.3%、62.0%,CXCR4蛋白的阳性表达率分别为20.0%、68.0%,均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。直肠癌组织中HER-2蛋白表达与临床病理因素间无相关性,HER-2蛋白表达与VEGF蛋白、CXCR4蛋白表达之间亦未见相关性(r=0.024,P>0.05;r=0.173,P>0.05);而VEGF、CXCR4蛋白阳性表达与淋巴结转移及Dukes’分期均显著相关,VEGF与CXCR4蛋白表达水平之间成正相关(r=0.346,P<0.05)。[结论]HER-2蛋白在直肠癌中的表达与VEGF和CXCR4蛋白不存在相关性,与侵袭、转移无关。VEGF与CXCR4蛋白的表达存在相关性,均与直肠癌侵袭、转移有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Purpose] To study the expression and correlation of HER-2, VEGF and CXCR4 in rectal cancer. [Methods] Expression of HER-2, VEGF and CXCR4 protein was detected by immunohistochemical Envision method for tissues from 50 cases with rectal cancer and from 15 cases with cancer adjacent tissues. The correlation of the 3 kinds of protein and their relationship with clinicopathologic characteristics were analysed. [Results] Positive expression in cancer adjacent tissue and in rectal cancer tissue was not significantly different with HER-2 (0 and 6%,P>0.05), but was significantly different with VEGF (13.3% and 62.0%,P<0.01) and with CXCR4 (20.0% and 68.0%,P<0.01). There was no correlation between the expression of HER-2 and pathologic charateristic, and the expression of HER-2 was not correlated with VEGF or CXCR4 (r=0.024, P>0.05; r=0.173,P>0.05); but the positive expression of VEGF and CXCR4 were both correlated with lymph node metastasis and Dukes’ stage, and the expression of VEGF was positively correlated with CXCR4 (r=0.346,P<0.05). [Conclusion] The positive expression of HER-2 in rectal cancer does not correlate with VEGF and CXCR4, and it has no correlation with the invasion and metastasis. There is correlation between VEGF and CXCR4, they may have relation with the invasion and metastasis.更多还原
