【摘要】 目的评价膀胱筋膜修复术(简称修复术)在广泛性子宫切除术后尿潴留防治中的价值。方法将修复术者作为观察组,将未修复术者作为对照组,比较两组术后残余尿量及尿潴留发生率。结果观察组术后残余尿量显著低于对照组,两组尿潴留发生率差异有显著意义,观察组较对照组显著为低(P<0.01)。结论修复术可显著减少广泛性子宫切除术后残尿量,降低尿潴留发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To access the value of the repair of bladder membrane(reparation for short) in the prevention and treatment of urine retention after extensive hysterectomy.Method The observation group was consisted of patients who received the reparation, the control group was consisted of patients who did not receive the reparation. The residual urine volume and the incidence of urine retention between two groups were compared.Results The differences of the residual urine volume and the incidence of urine retention between two groups were significant(P<0.01).They were much lower in observation group than in control group.Conclusions The repair of bladder membrane can remarkably reduce the residual urine volume and the incidence of urine retention.更多还原
