【Abstract】 SEM image documents are randomly saved in the hard disc on the operation at present.Objecting to this phenomenon,classification and their directory tree for documents in disc are suggested according to differ- ent materials for observation and every SEM image is saved in related document folder.This way has advantage for the disc management and document search,also it is helpful for the accumulation and information communication of SEM results.更多还原
