【摘要】 [目的]了解四川省城镇未婚人工终止妊娠妇女的生殖健康知识。[方法]随机抽取四川省城镇医院及计划生育单位要求人工终止妊娠妇女,使用统一设计的问卷对他们的生殖健康知识进行调查,分析其中未婚人工终止妊娠妇女的生殖健康知识。[结果]共调查人工终止妊娠妇女4283人,未婚604人,占14.1%,是人工终止妊娠的第2位原因。未婚组避孕率为56.97%,使用的避孕方法以避孕套最多,82.96%从药店获得避孕药具。多数未婚人工终止妊娠妇女知道一种以上的避孕方法,有14.95%的妇女不知道任何避孕方法。他们对避孕方法的优缺点、避孕失败原因了解很少。1/4的妇女知道"生殖健康",并对其中的性健康、性生理、妇幼保健、计划生育等内容有一定了解。知识来源81.51%是报刊杂志等大众媒体。[结论]未婚是人工终止妊娠的主要原因之一,该人群生殖健康知识贫乏,有效避孕率低,需要有针对性的做好这一特定人群的生殖保健工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To comprehend the condition of the knowledge on reproductive health of unmarried women with artificial abortion in Sichuan Province.[Methods]Selected women who were carried out artificial abortion in urban hospitals and family planning units of Sichuan,investigated them by using unified questionnaire on reproductive health knowledge and analyzed on knowledge of reproductive health of unmarried women with artificial abortion.[Results]The unmarried women with artificial abortion was 14.1% in all investigated women,it was the second cause of artificial abortion. The contraception rate was 56.97%. The most frequent way of contraception was usage of condom. 82.96% got contraceptives from pharmacies. Most of them knew more than one method of contraception,14.5% din not know any method of contraception. Most of them did not know the cause of contraceptive failure. 1/4 of them knew the reproductive health,but did not understand it. Most of them got the reproductive health from newspaper,journal,books,and so on.[Conclusions]Women choosing artificial abortion is mainly because they are unmarried. The crowd is lack of knowledge of reproductive health. Effective rate of contraception is low.
