【摘要】 [目的]分析单病种住院费用及影响因素,探讨医疗费用不合理增长的原因,为医疗管理提供参考。[方法]选择医院内4个病种(慢性肺心病、脑梗塞、老年白内障、急性阑尾炎)2002￣20043年中全部住院病人作为调查对象,用Excel和SPSS进行整理、描述及多元线性回归分析。[结果]4个病种中,除老年性白内障(药费比例占11%),慢性肺心病、急性阑尾炎和脑梗塞的药费比例均超过35%。住院天数、付款方式和转归对住院费用有明显影响(P﹤0.05)。[结论]提出调整医院收入结构,缩短平均住院日,执行DRGs-PPS的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To study hospitalization expenses of inpatients with single disease and influencing factors,and to provide a basis for controlling the irrational increase of medical expenses and performing the medical management.[Methods]Data from four diseases(chronic cardiopulmonary disease,cerebral infarction,senile cataract,acute appendicitis)among inpatients between 2002 and 2004 were analyzed by SPSS11.0.[Results]In four diseases,the drug expense accounted for over 35% except senile cataract(11%). The HOD,mode of payment and turnover had influences on hospitalization expense.[Conclusion]Adjusting income structure,shortening average HOD and taking DRGs-PPS are suggested for future.更多还原
