【摘要】 目的评估综合护理干预对结肠癌经结肠造口患者性生活质量的影响。方法将60例结肠癌经结肠造口患者随机分为干预组和对照组(各30例),调查两组患者术前性生活状况。干预组采取面谈、联谊活动、心理辅导等综合护理干预措施,分别于术后6个月和一年对干预效果进行动态测量。结果综合护理干预前后,两组患者的性功能低下和性厌恶的动态测量值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中干预组患者干预后性生活的恢复程度优于对照组。结论为结肠造口患者进行合理的心理、生理方面的综合护理干预能有效地提高其性生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the quality of sexual life in colon cancer patients following colostomy. Methods 60 colon cancer patients undergoing colostomy were randomized into study group and control group (30 cases each). The investigation over their sexual life was conducted before operation. The patients in the study group received nursing intervention, such as interview, getting together, psychological consultation, etc. The intervention effects were evaluated at the 6th and 12th months after colostomy. Result The quality of sexual life rehabilitation in the study group were better than that of the control group in one year observation (P < 0.01). Conclusion Reasonable psychological and physiological intervention among patients following colostomy may enhance their quality of sexual life effectively.更多还原
