抗菌生物材料的研究现状

【摘要】 生物材料相关感染是临床使用生物材料时伴随的一个严重问题。至今已有多种抗菌生物材料被用来防治植入物引起的感染,许多材料在体外表现出良好的抗菌性,生物相容性和可降解性。其中一些在动物实验中也得到了不错的效果,还有一些成功应用于一期临床。总体来看采用抗菌生物材料防治生物材料相关感染已取得了很大进展,将材料作为可持续释放抗菌系统的研究已成为目前各类抗菌生物材料研究的共同方向。随着新材料和新技术的进步以及相关理论的逐渐阐明,应用抗菌生物材料来防治生物材料相关感染具有光明的前途,但是还需要进行进一步的体内实验和临床研究来推动抗菌生物材料的应用。

【Abstract】 Biomaterial centered infections remain the major and often irreducible complication in the clinical use of biomaterials.To date,many kinds of antibacterial biomaterials have been studied for the prevention or treatment of bacterial infection on implanted devices.Several materials have some ideal properties such as good antibacterial,biocompatibility,and biodegradability in vitro.Some of them have exhibited promising result in animal studies and have already been implanted successfully in a few patients.Studies on antibacterial biomaterials have shown significant outcomes,and those materials as a "local delivery system for antibacterial agents" are the recent and future research direction in the field of antibacterial biomaterials.With the improvement of materials and technologies,there will be a brighter future of the application of antibacterial biomaterials for prevention of biomaterial centered infection,but in vivo experiments and clinical trials should be carried out to enhance the applicability of antibacterial biomaterials.
