欧洲均势思想的历史沿革与启示

【摘要】 本文简要回顾了欧洲均势思想的历史沿革,在分析该思想的基础上,认为均势思想在世界多极化的今天仍有较高的借鉴意义。

【Abstract】 The paper briefly reviews the history of the power balance system of Europe.Based on this balance thought,the paper concludes that there is still high significancy within the thought for today’s multiple poles world.
