【摘要】 目的:观察阿托伐他汀治疗后颈动脉斑块的变化及超声检查对颈动脉斑块的诊断价值。方法:运用多普勒彩超检查对缺血性脑血管病患者进行筛查,发现颈动脉斑块患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,对治疗组病人给予阿托伐他汀(10 mg,po,qd×12周)后,予复查颈动脉彩超,并与对照组相比较。结果:通过血管彩超检查,与对照组相比,经阿托伐他汀治疗后,颈动脉斑块面积明显缩小,数目有所减少,两者间差别有显著意义;结论:阿托伐他汀能治疗颈动脉斑块;多普勒彩超检查可作为颈动脉斑块的筛查及其动态变化的首选方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the changes of carotid atherosclerotic plaque after the medication of atorvastatin and evaluate the value of ultrasonography in diagnosis of this disease.Methods:Patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease underwent color Doppler ultrasonic examination for screening the cases with carotid atherosclerotic plaque.Patients confirmed to be this case were randomized into treatment or control group.Those in the treatment group received atorvastatin(10 mg po,qd×12w).After the medication,the patients underwent ultrasonography for estimating the outcome of the treatment by comparison with the controls.Results:The findings showed that the carotid atherosclerotic plaque decreased significantly both in size and number and suggested the statistical difference between the two groups.Conclusions:Atorvastatin is effective in treatment of carotid atherosclerotic plaque and ultrasonography may be the principal technique for diagnosis and estimation of this disease.更多还原
